My work as a coach

I am a certified coach, I coach some of the most successful and talented people. I can see most others cannot see and I dare to say what most people dare not say. After many years of experience working with high-profile clients, what I learn about success on the other side of it, it can be incredibly lonely. You can feel more of an imposter, the more successful you become.

Clients who are more successful, more intelligent and wealthier than me, need my support more than they know and more than I can imagine. I coach around insight because one insight can change EVERYTHING!

I have been doing this work for more than 12 years. Being a mental health professional in the beginning, I do realize most of my high-function clients need coaching rather than counselling. And I see myself coaching them rather than doing psychotherapy with them.

For my case, I am trained in both fields 1st as counsellor/psychotherapist, 2nd as a coach. Mental health coaches supplement therapy.

What is mental health coach?

Mental health coaches are specially trained professionals who help people develop greater self-awareness, implement tools to better manage their lives, and pursue specific mental health goals. Coaches help people with a range of conditions, from stress, burnout, and anxiety to those who need support through life transitions, tough feelings like anger, or relationship issues. Mental health coaching is designed to get you back on track when you’re feeling stuck and help you create a more rewarding life.

We all deserve to thrive as human beings. Not only to survive or exist, but we must also thrive as well. Positive mental health is beneficial to everyone. Being guided towards achieving a whole new level of mental empowerment is the main key benefit of a mental coach.

Therefore, when done right, clients can have higher productivity and creativity. They can get a more positive outlook in life. They can improve their relationship with their friends, families, and partners. Better relationships also open doors for many opportunities in life. This leads to a better and more fulfilled life.
